Welcome to Sahara Whispers

(3 Oct 2025): Hi everyone! And welcome to our blog, Sahara Whispers. We plan to use this blog to give you more information about our company and the tours we offer throughout Morocco. We know that many people have questions, especially before their first trip, and our hope is that we can answer some of those questions for you - whether you plan to travel with us or not.

My name is Kim. I read all of the email we receive at Morocco Super Tours and help answer questions individually when people write to us. Honestly, I love answering questions and meeting people this way, so please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have about visiting Morocco.

Our company has several guides and drivers, all of whom are friendly and love to share their knowledge of Morocco. We are truly blessed to have such depth in our company because it allows us to match the best driver to your group.

We specialize in private tours. I’ve come to realize that term means different things to different people, so please allow me to clarify what it means when we say it. A private tour is one where you and the group of people you invited help plan the entire trip. Yes, we have suggested tours and suggested activities, but we also have a list of optional activities you may want to consider as well. If there is a place on the tour you do not want to see, you can ask to skip it. Likewise, if there is a special place you absolutely want to see as part of your tour, we will work with you to include it. We will stop when you want a break, linger in the shops a little longer if you want, and even suggest good places to eat or take pictures. And in between stops, we will chat with you in the car, sharing what we know about our country, our culture, and our history.

There is another “secret” about private tours that is often overlooked. Often, the more people you invite on the tour, the lower the per-person price becomes. It’s a little counterintuitive, but it’s true. We do everything we can to keep our prices as low as possible because we want everyone to be able to visit - including couples and families with children. But we also understand that sometimes the travel bug hits when the budget is tight. Asking some more friends or relatives to join you on your great adventure may save everyone some cash. It’s worth exploring and completely your decision.

Although we’re based in Marrakech, we can meet you and your group at any major airport in Morocco - Marrakech (of course), Casablanca, Fes, or Tangier. We can meet you at the airport, at the ferry, or at any hotel in the city. Those are the kinds of details we work out with you as we are planning the trip.

Our home is in the desert, and we love to take guests there to ride the camels and camp in the dunes. Can you picture yourself on a camel, wearing a turban, riding toward a desert sunset? Ahhhh. That’s life! But if that’s not something you want in your life, no worries. We are just as happy to stay up north, or travel along the coast. All of Morocco is beautiful, and our greatest hope is to provide with the tour of your dreams.

We hope to see you soon! We’ll have some tea ready!
